Preschoolers (Ages 3-5): Unlock your child’s potential with our Preschoolers program designed for 3 to 5-year-olds. This engaging program focuses on developing essential motor skills and instilling confidence to prepare them for the exciting journey into school life. Children will hone specific skills such as listening, coordination, behavior, and focus in a nurturing environment.

Kids (Ages 5-7): Ideal for school-age children, our Kids program aims to instill values such as respect, teamwork, and focus. We also address important topics like handling bullying in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

    • Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm & 4:30 pm
    • Saturday/Sunday: 11:00 am & 11:30 am

Juniors (Ages 8-12): Tailored for children aged 8 to 12, our Juniors program focuses on cultivating a positive attitude, discipline, and fitness. In addition, participants learn essential self-defense skills that empower them both on and off the training floor.

    • Saturday/Sunday: 11:00 am & 11:30 am

Teens (Ages 12-17): Our Teens program is dedicated to helping young adults (13-17 years) build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem, all while enhancing their fitness levels. Join us in fostering a positive and empowering environment for your teen’s personal growth.

    • Saturday: 12:00 pm

Adults Program – the perfect blend of fitness, fun, and self-esteem building! Whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, we’ve got you covered with our flexible daytime and nighttime classes. Join us for practical self-defense training that not only enhances your fitness but also cultivates self-respect and confidence.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

Interested in Jiu-Jitsu but not sure where to start? Gracie Combatives is ideal if you are starting your jiu-jitsu journey. At Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Forest Hill we offer Gracie Combative classes, a beginner program for teens (13+) and adults. You will learn 36 core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment.
